GENEROUSLY COVER FILLETS WITH RIVERROAD BLACKENED SEASONING*
BAKE IN OVEN FOR 7-10 MINUTES AT 450. TURN OFF OVEN AND LET FISH REST FOR 2 MINUTES
SERVE WITH SQUEEZED FRESH LEMON
GRILL METHOD
PREHEAT GRILL ON HIGH FOR 5-7 MINUTES.
PLACE FISH FILETS IN ZIPLOC BAG FOR UP TO 2 HOURS WITH FOLLOWING MARINADE:
FOR EACH POUND OF FISH- JUICE OF 1 LEMON, TO 1/2 CUP MAYO, 2 TABLESPOON OF RIVERROAD SEASONING AND A PINCH OF SEA-SALT. COAT GRATE WITH OIL SO FISH WONT STICK. FOR ONE INCH FILLETS COOK 3-5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE. CAREFULLY TURNING ...SERVE WITH LEMON
